well, since its been a week and a half and i've gone through an entire round of cifran, cetzine, vitamin c, b, d, e, bernardryl , salt water, honey an ginger have done a bit of research on this amazingly resilient being the ...i have taken a few seumol plus since yesterday and today, 1 coldarin and 1 cetzine. right now i am feeling better. but i am afraid i may not be able to attend my karate class tomorrow. it is a setback. i don't like to m. ...don't know why i am recently so susceptible to colds and allied complaints? hmmm..immunity is taking a serious beating i think. time to go back on the vitamin pills. took half a cetzine last night, and slept for some 12 hours straight! ...
